Frederick is an Associate with CHB Capital Partners.
Prior to joining CHB, Frederick was a Project Manager at Gap Inc. In that position, he designed and executed an operational turnaround plan for underperforming stores. Before joining Gap, Frederick was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in the consumer, retail, leisure and healthcare sectors on various strategic and operational issues. Prior to McKinsey, Frederick completed an internship in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley.
Frederick currently is a member of the board of directors of Metro Volunteers and The Colorado Nonprofit Loan Fund. In addition, he is Chair and founding member of the United Nations Association of Colorado’s Young Professionals for International Cooperation. Frederick is also a participant in the Global Ambassadors Program at the University of Denver.
Frederick graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. As an undergraduate, he also studied Politics and Philosophy at Oxford University.
