Grant is a Partner with CHB Capital Partners.

Prior to joining CHB, Grant was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. In that position, he advised clients on strategy development, sales effectiveness and operations improvement across a variety of industries. Before joining McKinsey, Grant worked in the investment banking group at CS First Boston, where he analyzed and structured private and public security transactions, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions.

Grant graduated summa cum laude with a BA in political science from Vanderbilt University and received his MBA from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business.

Grant is currently a member of the board of directors of CT Systems, Cangen Holdings and HiRel Systems.
