Steve is a Principal with CHB Capital Partners.

Steve joined CHB as an Associate. Prior to joining CHB, Steve was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. In that position, he advised clients on strategy development, mergers and acquisitions and operations improvement across a variety of industries.

Steve graduated summa cum laude with a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business.

Steve is currently a member of the board of directors of CanGen Holdings and Blu Dot Design & Manufacturing, Inc.
