Tad is a Managing Partner with CHB Capital Partners in the Denver office.

Prior to co-founding CHB, Tad spent ten years as a principal with the investment arms of Bass Brothers, Richard Rainwater and related entities. During that time he made over two dozen private equity investments across a variety of industries and transaction types.

Tad graduated magna cum laude with a BA degree in Economics and a BS degree in Administrative Sciences from Yale University. He received his MBA from Harvard University's Graduate School of Business.

Tad is currently a member of the board of directors of HiRel Systems, Valent Aerostructures, Logic PD, CanGen Holdings, BluDot Design & Manufacturing, Inc., Newline Products Inc., Sorrento Networks, and ENSCO International (NYSE). In addition, he is a former trustee of the Denver Botanic Gardens, a current trustee of the Graland Country Day School and a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the World Presidents' Organization. Tad is also a guest lecturer in the Family Business Studies program at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business.
